Bolga baskets are handwoven in the Bolgatanga (Bolga) region of Northern Ghana, West Africa.  They are woven from local, abundant Elephant Grass and are extremely strong and durable.  These platters are great for storing fruit or other items and make a wonderful decorative piece on your table or your wall.  Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and designs vary in colour and pattern.  As each platter is handmade the size can also vary.  Tell us what colours/tones you are looking for and we will select a platter to match.  If you're not sure and would like us to choose for you, we're more than happy to do that.
